We’re all about showcasing the best of British on our menus, with a flavour-packed lineup of ingredients sourced from across the British Isles (because local just tastes better, doesn’t it?). Our talented Head Chef brings each ingredient to life with their signature touch, turning every dish into something special (it’s what we’re known for, after all).

We’re proud to champion the hard-working farmers, artisans, and producers who pour their heart and soul into every ingredient (and you can taste it in every bite).
